Would you consider this anxiety?I have another question that I submitted a little bit ago about this, different though. I just want to know if you think this would be condisered anxiety??
-I sweat a lot in front of people (strong deoderants don't help much. And I don't stink, it just leaves those annoying wet marks)
-My heart RACES in front of everyone, including my best friends
-I am constantly thinking about everyone! Like I can't shut off my mind.
-I am fidgety (no idea how to spell that) like constantly adjusting my legs, pushing hair behind my ears, playing with my hands (tapping table, turning pencils, etc.), chattering my teeth
And its nothing my friends notice really. Or anyone else for that matter..but I know there is something wrong.
And I don't have "attacks" but I get super nervous. but nothing that makes me stand out.
I wear sweatshirts everyday day to hide my sweating, and tank tops in the summer to also hide my sweating. And I sick of having to put up with this-ugh!
I just want to know if you think this is anxiety? And do you think it is social anxiety? Or whatever else...
Thank you tons in advance!

It seems to me its nerves and anxiety. Do you have problems socially? If so then It would explain some of what you are feeling. You should really go and seek advice from a docter , and I will say it again: demand for your mother to take you to see a docter.

yes, i am the same way. I think it is because we try to hard to impress other and feel like others will not accept us for who we are. Well, to hell with others. Just be you! Yea, I know you get really really really nervous and it is hard to turn off but try to fill your mind with positive thoughts to help alleviate some of the stress and nervousness. Remember you can do all things through Christ Jesus you strengthens you. Philippians 4:13.
