Trouble telling people about depression and SA
I hope this speaks to people watching this, it's worth thinking about. I truly do appreciate it when you tell me you have felt how I have felt. Please don't misunderstand! I am talking about my irrational fears that have to be overcome. I should have said this in the body of the video to avoid giving you the impression that I do not appreciate sympathy. I have a few thoughts written down to keep me on track, sorry if I look down to check them from time to time.
