Tightness left side of neck and hearing pulse in left ear, I have had a lot of heart tests everythings fine?

waiting for answer. Would be great if you can take a sec and

Tightness left side of neck and hearing pulse in left ear, I have had a lot of heart tests everythings fine?next step is a nuerologist im seeing in 4 days, I guess to check for brain tumors and such.. anyone else have anything like this? and found out what it is??

(temporarily I have been "diagnosed" with anxiety, and in the past I have had things that I assume are "panic attacks" but I dont think anxiety causes the tightness in neck and pulsating in left ear)
