Feeling down all the time...?I've been feeling down, practically since the start of this year. I haven't had the best childhood you could say, and I've had a lot of repressed memories, that just came back to me when my mum reminded me of them. They just hit me. And school life is being a bi-t-ch. :( I'm a loner at school etc.
But, recently, the pressure, stress and sadness has been really getting to me. I can't stop crying, and I can't remember the last time I was happy for at least a day. And now, I suddenly get like these...I guess you could call them attacks. Well, my heart just suddenly starts beating fast, and I have to take deep breaths to calm myself down. And there's just a sinking feeling in me everyday, every hour, every minute. I get on the car after school, and instantly start crying.
I'm just wondering now-why am I having these "attacks" Like, deep breathing, faster heart beating, feeling like utter sh-it (though I do everyday) But, just more?
Like, feelings of stress-anxiety-madness-sadness.
I know it's not mood swings. It's things that are happening at home and at school.

Peer pressure?
It's alright. A lot of people experience it during sometime of their life.
Basically, it's just your hormones changing.
And like I said, everyone goes through it, so don't worry. Everyone's on the same boat as you.
Or at least, has been on the same boat as you.
For instance, I've felt the pressure, stress, sadness, anger, anxiety. It's normal.
But you're taking it the wrong way, and you're thinking about all the bad times, the bad memories, and all the bad things you could possibly have.
In fact, everyone feels this way, at some point.
But somewhere in your mind, you know that you are very fortunate and have all the things a lucky person would have.
As soon as you realise this, and I mean, fully realise. Then light will shine.
Let's try change this pessimistic attitude into an optimistic one.
Everyone has their ups and downs in life, and you're just encountering a down-time.
Good luck, and keep your head up.
