How do I get help to see a therapist?I am 15 and I know I have a mental health problem. I can't afford to see a therapist. Here is a list of my problems:
Feeling bad for myself every few days or so, and experiencing prolonged crying.
I have social problems, and when someone talks to me, I "zone out"
I cannot speak eloquently, nor write concisely
I have extreme anxiety.
Have extreme trouble concentrating in loud environments (e.g. I get angry when my schoolwork is disturbed by tv, talking, etc.)
I have become reclusive on the school bus in the past year.
Try to stay out of conversations/social anxiety (I constantly belittle myself for stupid mistakes, and even talk to myself)
Extremely tired.
Daydreaming excessively.
Spend more than 3 hours on schoolwork per night, everyday of the week (including the weekends). OCD?
Have trouble following directions, making my own decisions.
I am getting "medical student's syndrome." I think I may have autism because I have social/communication problems, and I bang my head on my pillow occasionally.
I think I have schizophrenia because I "space out" and daydream a lot.
I think I have depression because I get sad at random times, sometimes on days that have been going very well.
I know I have anxiety.
What do I do? I have a 99 average at school. Are my problems a result of being gifted, or are there underlying medical conditions I myself don't even know about?
I have been sad the past few months since school ended, and I've struggled socially for years.

Talk to a trusted adult.
Things will get better, I promise.

Go see your councilor, maybe they can set something up.
